To import the demo content, with The7 theme active, navigate to WP-admin > Plugins > The7 Plugins and install a plugin called “The7 Demo Content“. After installing and activating it, please, navigate to WP-admin > Tools > The7 Demo Content. There you'll be able to import pages, posts, galleries, portfolio, WooCommerce stuff, etc. in just 1 click without uploading .xml file(s).
